OUR LOCATION AND MISSION STATEMENT
The Rock Creek Community Association is a volunteer organization chartered to maintain the entrances and common areas of Rock Creek and support projects to improve our neighborhood. Our goal is to increase the quality of living in Rock Creek and at the same time increase property values for all residents.
RCCA is funded entirely from optional contributions from members living in our neighborhood which is located on the West side of Portland, Oregon. Our community contains around 1,700 homes and it surrounds the Rock Creek Golf Course and Country Club. We have Volunteer Work Days monthly to help clean and maintain the entrances to our community, although we do also hire a professional landscape company to do regular maintenance for us as well. We publish a newsletter twice a year, and each year we budget for a major beautification project for one of our entrances.
The RCCA meets every second Wednesday at the Rock Creek Country Club. Meetings begin at 6:30 pm and last approximately one hour. Everyone is welcome!
WE ARE A VOLUNTEER ORGANIZATION & NOT A HOA!
The Rock Creek Community Association (RCCA) is NOT a HOA, and it is just a Volunteer organization funded by optional member contributions with the sole responsibility of beautifying the twelve entrances to our community. We do not have the power to enact or enforce any Rules and Regulations, but we do post news of community interest on this website and through our printed Newsletters.
